Job Summary
Solicit business with new and existing accounts, oversee Audio Visual project execution, and coordinate team efforts to achieve client vision. Process orders, complete billing, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients while assisting in resigning existing business. Ascertain requirements, develop proposals, and present pricing and credit terms in compliance with company policies. Record activities in Salesforce, collect payment information, and perform approval verification. Stay current with industry technology standards, attend events to earn business, and conduct site inspections as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study
- 5+ years experience managing and coordinating projects
- on-site event experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
