Job Summary
Sr. Client Relationship Manager (Employee Benefits) responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of mid to high complexity clients, leading multi-year renewal strategy, ensuring compliance, analyzing complex benefit trends, and providing proactive strategic guidance to strengthen client satisfaction and retention. The role involves day-to-day client delivery, mentoring colleagues, collaborating with advisors, carriers, and internal teams, leading renewal workups, presenting options and benchmarks, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and resolving escalated issues while maintaining high service quality and client-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, finance or a related field; professional designations strongly preferred.
- Current state license required (Life & Health)
- 4-6+ years of employee benefits and account management experience, with demonstrated expertise in client service, plan administration, and strategic benefits consulting.
