Job Summary
Senior Client Experience Specialist responsible for the holistic success and satisfaction of high-value clients, combining executive-level service delivery, technical expertise, and strategic account management. Acts as primary contact for elite clients across products and platforms; leads onboarding, training, and strategic planning for top accounts; handles escalation of technical/operational issues; collaborates with product/engineering to influence roadmaps; conducts business reviews; identifies upsell opportunities; manages client health reporting; oversees a team of specialists; drives process improvements and automation; requires deep knowledge of multiple trading platforms, live trading environments, and familiarity with CRM/CX analytics; licenses SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3; 7–10 years in financial services or related fields; Bachelor's degree required; location: Plantation, FL onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience 7–10 years in financial services, client success, or strategic account management
- Experience supporting institutional, active, or high-net-worth clients
- Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 required (or obtainable within 90 days)
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership of key client relationships
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and explain them clearly
- Strong familiarity with trading platforms, order routing, and market mechanics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and driving measurable results
