Job Summary
Sr. Client Executive role handling a mix of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients, responding to inbound leads and inquiries, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities, supporting renewals and account servicing, and re-engaging former clients. Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- 2-4+ years of insurance experience
- Personal Lines experience required
- Commercial Lines exposure strongly preferred
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify sales opportunities through client conversations
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing service and sales responsibilities
- Onsite in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment
