Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to understand their EFT needs and recommend tailored solutions. Present complex pricing proposals, negotiate contract renewals, and monitor accounts for upselling opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service implementation and provide timely resolution to client inquiries. Represent SHAZAM at trade shows to generate leads and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes. Prepare regular reports on client activity and sales performance for senior management. This role requires up to 40% travel, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance mandatory, and is based in the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management or sales within the financial services or payment solutions industry
- Strong understanding of electronic funds transfer systems, payment processing, and related compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver customized solutions in a remote work setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Proven ability to think critically and solve problems in fast paced environments
- Ability to travel 50%, including some overnight travel to various locations
- Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
