Job Summary
The Sr. Client Account Manager oversees a team of account managers and is responsible for managing high-value client portfolios, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, building relationships with flagship partners in the Greater China Region, utilizing AI-driven platforms for campaign monitoring, and advising clients on media strategies. Candidates must have extensive experience in digital advertising sales, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and fluency in both Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience
- Track record of compelling data-backed storytelling
- A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English is a must
- Openness to adopting new AI tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization
- Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
- Experience working with eCommerce & Retail-based advertisers
- Experience using AI-powered tools to monitor campaign health
