Job Summary
Senior Claims Recovery Specialist responsibilities include handling files for the Recovery Department, contacting adjusters, attorneys, and plan participants to determine potential sources of recovery (auto insurance, workers compensation, first/third party coverage), communicating with clients via phone and email, drafting and sending correspondence, reviewing plan documents for exclusions, and managing a large case load using standard Office software. Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of Subrogation/Reimbursement experience
- Must pass applicable test(s) administered by department manager

- Paralegal Certificate (preferred but not required)
