Job Summary
Technical Lead for Land Development Projects involving local municipalities as well as commercial development; responsibilities include leading hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, developing project scopes of services and price proposals, managing permitting through federal, state, and local agencies, and performing occasional field data collection and site visits. Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of land development and site design experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and project-management/leadership abilities; P.E. certification strongly preferred.ibr /> Hybrid position based out of the Princeton, NJ area with opportunities for professional development and involvement with an ENR Top 100 Firm.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 8 Years’ minimum Land Development and site design experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Management and/or Project Management experience strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of land-use planning
- P.E. Certification strongly preferred
