Job Summary
Senior leadership role as Practice Leader in water resources engineering for the Austin/San Antonio markets. Lead and grow a well-established practice, manage municipalities, agencies, and private clients, drive business development, provide senior technical oversight for drainage and floodplain projects (studies, modeling, and design), mentor engineering staff, oversee budgets and schedules, and represent the firm with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure profitable, high-quality project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE)
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
- 10+ years of experience in drainage and water resources engineering
- Strong knowledge of the San Antonio and/or Austin market with established local relationships
- Proven leadership, project management, and business development experience
