Job Summary
Senior Civil Designer to lead production of high-quality CAD drawings, mentor CAD Technicians, and oversee outside consultants for CAD/Graphics. Responsibilities include meeting with Project Managers to identify production workload, managing project directories and CAD standards, training and mentoring CAD/graphics personnel, conducting performance reviews and participating in hiring, and overseeing the production of engineering plans to meet LDC standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Drafting or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in CAD with increasing responsibility
- Civil 3D experience required
- At least 3 years’ experience supervising staff and managing project production
