Sr. Chief Engineer

Senior-level leadership role overseeing the engineering program for assigned properties. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and safety programs, including developing preventive/predictive maintenance, managing budgets, coordinating with tenants and outside contractors, and ensuring 100% compliance with codes and company policies. Role includes supervising engineers and maintenance staff, delivering training and development, managing safety initiatives, overseeing building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety), responding to emergencies, and supporting procurement and contract activities. Strong emphasis on leadership, operations planning, vendor coordination, and adherence to industry standards.
