Job Summary
Develop and execute channel partner strategies aligned with regional and global commercial goals to expand market reach. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, agents, and resellers while managing day-to-day relationships as the primary commercial contact. Conduct regular business reviews, monitor partner KPIs and sales pipelines, and ensure proper demand planning. Equip partners with product knowledge, marketing tools, and technical training to support launches and promotional activities. Gather competitive intelligence to support pricing strategy and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies and conduct periodic partner audits. Contribute to annual budgeting and sales planning processes while maintaining ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of commercial or channel management experience
- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and delivering revenue growth
- Strong understanding of B2B distribution models, channel economics, and commercial excellence principles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and business planning
- Business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actions
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders toward shared goals
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management capabilities
