Job Summary
Represent the customer experience in field meetings and cross-functional forums to ensure strategies align with broader Customer Success objectives. Design, build, and iterate multi-channel engagement mechanisms using customer journey mapping to support onboarding, adoption, and expansion motions. Own performance reporting for programs, measuring adoption and retention while conducting cohort analysis to translate data findings into executive-level insights. Partner with BI, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize engagement strategies and drive continuous improvement through testing and process evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in program management
- Expertise in program management tools
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce)
- Expertise in Gainsight Journey Orchestrator
- Expertise in analytics tools (Tableau)
- Strong understanding of program management
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies
- Proven ability to use data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to optimize engagement strategies
- Experience representing a function or team in cross-functional leadership settings
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to conduct impact analysis
- Ability to conduct scenario planning
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate tools, processes, and workflows systematically
