Job Summary
Lead Cash Applications team to ensure accurate recording of payments, manage daily cash applications, reconciliations, and payment processing; oversee bank deposits, cycle end close, and resolution of unapplied receipts; implement process improvements and staff development; recruit and retain qualified staff; coordinate staff performance feedback and contribute to process documentation and controls. Requires ERP/AR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business preferred; salary in the $22.95-$31.30/hour range with eligibility for performance-based bonus; comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of AR experience
- 1-3 years of experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent troubleshooting/analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent self-management skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
