Sr. CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

Job Summary
Prepare Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, and Concept Plans using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, performing grading designs, surface modeling, and topographic analysis. Review detailed earthwork analyses to resolve discrepancies and coordinate files with outside agencies, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards. Lead drawing quality control through progressive plan checks and final-level QA/QC reviews, while establishing and enforcing CAD standards, workflows, and best practices. Mentor CAD users and act as a technical resource to drive project workflow, provide milestones, and encourage automation and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Land Development Design experience
- Knowledge of Civil 3D
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Understanding of CAD workflows and timelines
- Understanding of land development design, grading, utilities and construction documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, CAD, or related field preferred
