Sr. CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

Lead the preparation and drawing quality of Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, and Concept Plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Perform grading designs, surface modeling, and topographic analysis while applying municipal design standards and conducting detailed earthwork analyses. Coordinate files with outside agencies and manage CAD workflows between Engineers, CAD Designers, and Project Managers. Perform progressive plan checks and final-level QA/QC reviews to guarantee drawing accuracy prior to submission. Establish and enforce CAD standards, mentor team members, and drive project workflow with clear milestones. Maintain strict file organization and archiving processes per company standards.
