Sr. CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

Lead the preparation and quality review of Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, and Concept Plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Perform grading designs, surface modeling, and topographic analysis while applying municipal design standards to minimize project liability. Coordinate files with outside agencies and drive project workflows by providing milestones and timelines. Establish and enforce CAD standards, workflows, and best practices through progressive plan checks and final-level QA/QC reviews. Mentor CAD users, act as a technical resource, and spearhead innovation by embracing new technologies. Maintain drawing file organization per company standards and adhere to proper archiving processes. Assist in cross-office work sharing while ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.
