Sr. CAD Designer - Dynamic Engineering

Lead the preparation and drawing quality of Land Development Plans, Zoning Plans, and Concept Plans while performing grading designs, surface modeling, and topographic analysis. Review detailed earthwork analyses to identify discrepancies and resolve them with the team to minimize project liability. Coordinate files with outside agencies and manage CAD workflows between Engineers, CAD Designers, and Project Managers. Establish and enforce CAD standards, mentor CAD users, and drive project milestones to ensure deliverables meet regulatory and company requirements. Perform progressive plan checks and final-level QA/QC reviews to guarantee drawing accuracy prior to submission.
