Job Summary
Senior-level procurement role focusing on planning and purchasing of parts/materials per global production plan; negotiate with suppliers on delivery and costs to maintain adequate inventory and avoid production shortages; analyze and reduce inventory with DBS/PSP tools, support global inventory reduction, and drive continual materials system improvements; participate in supplier quality improvement; coordinate internal resources to support customer demand; collaborate with engineers and production for engineering changes and QDIP follow-up; build DBS culture and utilize DM/VM, DMS, PSP, and other DBS tools to optimize material management and logistics processes.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate 本科学历
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- ERP/Excel knowledge preferred (Oracle and AI-related)
- Strong English skill and excellent people skills
- Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
