Job Summary
Manage Finished Goods Demand Management, including long-term replenishment planning, inventory level monitoring, and delivery schedule coordination with Production Plants. Process purchase requisitions in SAP to create POs for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Operational Supplies while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Collaborate with Sales, customer-facing teams, and Production Planners to resolve supply chain issues, negotiate delivery terms, and integrate sales forecasts into the ERP system. Proactively identify inventory aging risks, mitigate supply chain disruptions, and prepare variance reports for management. Mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional process improvement projects, and maintain purchasing data integrity within the system.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years combined Planning and/or Purchasing experience
- ERP – SAP
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Sales and/or other customer facing teams
- Experience working directly with customers/end users
- Experience leading cross functional meetings & project teams
- Experience working within the parameters of contractual agreements
- understanding of customer and supplier specifications
- customer or final product forecasting
- ISO 9000 or similar QMS
- Strong organizational skills

- Experience assessing and driving corrective actions in system health & performance
- Experience negotiating with multiple parties and/or conflicting objectives
- MS Office Fluent
- Import/Export related experience
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
