Job Summary
Coordinate and drive business unit projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and operational priorities. Serve as the primary liaison between the BU and other departments to manage dependencies, communicate priorities, and track timely delivery of initiatives. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource assignments while proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for scalable process improvements. Manage data collection and reporting to evaluate performance, and partner with leadership to update process documentation and facilitate project meetings. Provide guidance to less experienced team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including BSA regulations. Work 40 weekly hours in a hybrid environment with three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-7 years of prior related experience
- Working knowledge of project coordination practices
- Strong skills in coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- BSA regulations knowledge (implied by compliance requirement)
- Ability to work 100% on-site (three days in office, up to two days remote)
- Ability to work in-person with Members
