Job Summary

Lead technical program management and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across internal business tools, bridging business strategy, system logic, and technical design. Drive deep systems analysis, data mapping, and functional integration pathways across complex landscapes, specifically navigating enterprise system boundaries and multi-system data flows between first-party and third-party tools. Document end-to-end system flows and functional integration requirements to solve challenges across the full customer lifecycle, including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, and Revenue Recognition processes. Act as the primary execution partner with the Wiz and Google technical teams to populate roadmaps and lead project delivery through the Kanban lifecycle. Proactively identify friction points and process bottlenecks to recommend scalable solutions that align with business strategy, while building consensus and influencing decisions across diverse cross-functional teams outside direct authority. Own the delivery cycle from discovery through UAT and rollout, enforcing best-practice project artifacts and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations
  • 4 years leading complex, multi-system initiatives
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows, including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing platforms, and Revenue Recognition processes
  • Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with core 1P product systems
  • Experience with third-party applications
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship

  • Proven track record in M&A Integrations, with hands-on experience evaluating, unifying, and executing business systems flows and mapping data integration requirements in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated staff-level leadership with a history of driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions across multiple peer teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • Collaborative peer leadership, with a proven ability to operate effectively as a vital piece of a whole, collaborating alongside other senior technical, product, and business resources to achieve overarching goals
  • Proactive, highly autonomous problem solver who excels at navigating ambiguity, bringing structural clarity to complex multi-system initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights for business leaders
  • Agility with new technologies, demonstrating the ability to learn new systems (both 1P and 3P) quickly and with a high degree of proficiency
