Job Summary
Senior SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst at Hyundai AutoEver America. Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions; provide SME guidance on SAP HCM modules and integrated cloud solutions; deliver advanced support and continuous improvement for SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors; translate HR needs into scalable system requirements and configurations; collaborate with Korea HQ, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to align with global HR technology strategy; contribute to end-to-end HR process optimization, governance, and global deployment efforts. Key focus on designing and delivering HR technology solutions, enabling reliable integrations, and driving process improvements for global HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application environments
- deep expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors modules
- ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business partners and leadership
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a global matrixed organization
- customer service mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field (preferred)
- SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred)
- PHR certification (preferred)
- experience working in cross-functional or global environments (preferred)
