Job Summary
Senior/lead Business Systems Analyst focusing on Salesforce and nCino within the TD environment. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, manage traceability from design through testing and deployment, and provide oversight to ensure changes meet stakeholder needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact on processes and systems, support testing with translated use cases, and promote reusable, scalable solutions. Bring advanced knowledge of system analysis, enterprise technology delivery practices, and experience in banking/financial domains. Key duties include requirements management, design guidance, testing support (functional, performance, UAT, operational acceptance), and mentoring team members. Desired skills include Agile, Jira, Confluence, Mulesoft integrations, and expertise with Loan Origination using nCino; Salesforce administration and nCino certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Banking/Financial Industry
- Over 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Minimum one year of experience with Loan Origination system using nCino
- Some experience in Integration project using Mulesoft
- Strong experience writing business and technical requirements
- Experience in Agile, Jira and Confluence
- Salesforce Administration Certification is preferred
- nCino Commercial Banking certification
