Job Summary
Manage a queue of tickets from analysis to follow-up while adhering to established SLAs, escalating critical issues and documenting standard operating procedures for production troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to resolve defects, analyze system logic, and suggest automation opportunities to improve processes. Monitor alerts and logging to identify potential problems before they occur, leveraging AI tools to aid resolution and documentation. This role requires occasional evening coverage during special events and rotating weekend on-call shifts for urgent backup. Minimum 5 years of experience in ad sales systems is required, along with SQL and software troubleshooting skills. Fully remote position with a salary range of $85,000 - $105,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an ad sales system
- Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and other technology issues
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with providing automated solutions (scripting, testing, RPA, etc.)
- Experience working with modern technology solutions (API's, data streams, microservices)
- Willingness to have a flexible work schedule to meet operational and special event coverage needs
- Works occasional evenings during special events
- Rotating weekend on call shifts for urgent issues and provide backup coverage as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS, or similar technical discipline
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple groups
