Job Summary
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions, particularly in Planning, Procurement, Order Management, and Transportation/Logistics. You will analyze and document business processes, lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, create system configurations, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for supply chain systems. The role requires 8+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain analytics, expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, and a bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno-Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- 5+ years of experience developing PaaS applications and extensions using Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, VBCS
- Completed at least two Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in Supply Chain modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and transformation initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with agile scrum methodologies for delivering projects and enhancements
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI Studio or Agentic AI and digital technologies like RPA, ChatBots, and AI/ML
