Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst – Order To Cash at IKO Industries Ltd. focusing on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order-to-Cash modules (Sales Order Management, picking, shipping, transportation, and related SCM processes). Responsibilities include system configuration, defining functional specifications, testing (test planning, functional/integration/UAT), user documentation, training materials, change leadership, business consulting, and second-level application support. Partners with business users and IT teams to translate requirements into actionable configurations and process improvements, supports data conversion and integrations with third-party systems, and participates in full-lifecycle ERP implementations. Bachelor’s degree required; minimum seven years of JD Edwards Order-to-Cash experience; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least seven years of functional analyst experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order-to-Cash processes
- Extensive experience with Sales Order Management, picking, shipping, transportation management, and related Sales and Distribution processes
- At least seven years of experience with process design, functional specifications, system configuration, application support, and troubleshooting within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne data conversion and master data management
- Experience defining, testing, and troubleshooting data interfaces between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and third-party applications
- Experience integrating JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with third-party systems and supporting system transitions involving non-JDE ERP platforms
- Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, and full-lifecycle ERP implementations
- Experience with project planning, project delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
