Job Summary
Senior-level, full lifecycle Business Systems Analyst role leading complex analysis, configuration, and delivery across multiple product domains with subject-matter-expert responsibilities. Collaborates with Product Management to shape roadmaps, maintains deep expertise in features and regulatory requirements, drives client outcomes, and participates in end-to-end product ownership. Demonstrates leadership in scrum events, documents and configures systems, mentors teammates, and proactively identifies solutions to complex business problems while coordinating with engineering, compliance, sales, and support. Requires extensive experience in healthcare software (EHR/practice management/billing), proficiency with Jira/Confluence and NetSuite, and the ability to engage directly with clients through the full project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis/product management
- Deep domain knowledge of EHRs, practice management systems, and healthcare billing systems
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with NetSuite
- Knowledge of healthcare software and data workflows
- Product management certification desired
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to rapidly learn new product features and technologies
- Self-directed with strong judgment
- AI tooling knowledge is a plus
