Job Summary
Lead Market Access data strategies across Immunology, Neuroscience, and Specialty portfolios by collaborating with Brand Marketing, Market Access Strategy, and external partners. Work with business unit partners to understand processes, drivers, and strategy, identifying needs for business process improvement enabled via technology. Investigate existing system capabilities and propose significant improvement programs that establish requirements for changes in business functions, roles, and technology scope. Manage third-party agreements, supplier evaluations, and data contracts with Legal and Purchasing organizations while ensuring compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies. Drive coordination with internal Privacy, Compliance, and OEC teams for data specifications and solution architecture reviews. Accountable for the accuracy of proposed business process improvements and technical solutions, supporting training on data products owned by the team. Bachelor's Degree with 8 years' experience required; Master's with 7 years; PhD with 3 years. Compensation range $185,000–$245,000. Located in US & Puerto Rico.

- Experience with Data Lake architecture, big data technologies, and tools
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare business
- Strong understanding of data management disciplines including Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics, Big Data Platforms/Elastic Scale, Artificial Intelligence, and other data centric technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Market Access organization is a plus
- Experience working with patient level data like SHA PTD, IMS APLD, and plan formulary data like MMIT
