Job Summary
Own and manage a portfolio of reporting and analytics initiatives, driving prioritization, execution, and closure while independently managing multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction. Translate complex business needs into actionable reporting solutions by partnering directly with leadership and data teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data solutions while continuously evaluating effectiveness and usability. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, defining and monitoring KPIs to provide proactive insights that support leadership decision-making and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, program analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end reporting or analytics initiatives
- Required to uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures
- Supports and participates in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent basis, as required
