Job Summary
Lead strategic change projects from concept to execution, focusing on innovation and digitalization within Inkomen Services. Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop implementation strategies in collaboration with diverse teams. Monitor project progress and report results and impact to management while acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage complex initiatives involving stakeholders ranging from senior management to operational teams, ensuring innovation remains central to all processes. This role sits within the Regie, Change and Data team, supporting operational teams with innovative services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal HBO-denk- en werkniveau
- Minimaal 5-10 jaar werkervaring in business process management of een vergelijkbare rol
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Het vermogen om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
