Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central
- Experience leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and customizations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Web APIs
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and Azure Services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps or Service Bus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
- Ability to utilize AI technologies for development (e.g., Claude, Codex)
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
