Sr. Business Process Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with operational teams and Technology to identify opportunities, define business needs, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Facilitate current-state and future-state workflow analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate structured user acceptance testing efforts by validating solutions against business requirements and incorporating stakeholder feedback. Own assigned process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and follow-up. Serve as a subject matter resource for process documentation, workflow design, and operational improvements while providing guidance to team members on continuous improvement practices. This role supports Orgel Wealth Management's nationwide reach and rapid growth within the financial services industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in business, operations, information systems, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, operations analysis, systems implementation, project coordination, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, technology implementation, or operational improvement
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or another highly regulated industry
