Job Summary
Sr Business Process Analyst / iScala ERP Specialist to support and optimize Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing processes. Act as a bridge between business and technology, providing functional expertise, driving system improvements, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. Responsibilities include providing functional support and configuration guidance across core iScala modules, gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analyses, translating needs into ERP solutions, supporting system implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and regional stakeholders to drive standardization and continuous improvement, and preparing documentation and training materials. Qualifications include around 10 years of iScala ERP experience in Finance/Logistics, deep knowledge of GL/AP/AR/purchasing/sales/inventory and Manufacturing modules, experience with ERP implementations and UAT, and strong cross-functional communication. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field, experience in multinational or template-driven ERP environments, and exposure to related ERP platforms or reporting tools. Relocation support is offered for international candidates and those outside Krakow; the role features a hybrid work model (about 60% office, 40% home) with opportunities across Europe and a matrix organizational structure.
Required Qualifications
- Around 10 years of experience with iScala ERP in Finance and Logistics environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, sales, inventory and Manufacturing Module
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, user acceptance activities, and process improvements
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
