Sr Business Process Analyst - Logistics & Distribution

Sr Business Process Analyst leads process improvement initiatives in Illumina’s global supply chain for warehouse and logistics, applying lean methodologies, data capture/analysis, and governance. Responsibilities include understanding processes and technologies, evaluating and enhancing Warehouse and Logistics Work Instructions for regulatory compliance (e.g., MDSAP), providing quantitative insights on supply chain processes, leading regional/global process improvement initiatives, coordinating with IDS and GOA to deploy enhancements that align with strategic vision, managing release process control, and supporting audits with Illumina’s control standards. The role requires SAP and other warehouse/operations systems knowledge, experience with end-to-end supply chain cross-functional interactions, and analytics using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
