Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of Lean Six Sigma programs across Dexcom, ensuring projects align with business priorities and savings targets. Manage timelines, governance, and dashboards; coordinate with external vendors and Tower Leaders for nominations and support; track progress and report updates while driving timely resolution of blockers. Drive process design and improvement through standardization and optimization, and promote continuous improvement through effective communication. Coach and engage candidates to ensure project completion; demonstrate ability to influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, plus Lean Six Sigma expertise (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred) and strong program/project management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
- Program or project management experience; PMP preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
