Job Summary
Provide specialized business management guidance and support to leadership and teams, implementing policies, processes, and initiatives to meet strategy and governance objectives. Deliver complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level while acting as a subject matter expert to coach and educate others. Lead end-to-end task execution for short- to medium-term issues, managing workload across multiple functional areas to coordinate integrated implementation of changes. Develop and deliver presentations to management, create customer-facing communications and training guides, and analyze operational impacts to recommend practical improvements. Maintain familiarity with eTreasury platforms, commercial online banking, and digital banking modernization programs while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 5 + years relevant experience
- Comfort operating in a hybrid, matrixed environment with evolving priorities, tight timelines, and high visibility deliverables
- Direct experience supporting TD eTreasury or similar commercial online banking platforms
- Knowledge of Treasury Management client onboarding, servicing, implementation, training, and support models
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, customer migrations, authentication or token replacement initiatives, fraud-prevention campaigns, or digital banking modernization programs
- Familiarity with issue escalation, self-identification processes, operational risk reviews, procedure management, control documentation, and internal governance routines
- Ability to analyze issues, customer pain points, service trends, data points, and operational impacts to support recommendations and practical improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration, reporting, documentation, and project tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, technology, operations, product support, project management, or a related field
- 3+ yrs of experience with FIS or other banking technology vendor platforms
- Professional certifications in business analysis, Agile, project management, payments, treasury management, risk, or financial services
