Sr. Business Intelligence Developer

Senior BI Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data analytic solutions across the enterprise. Collaborates with developers to implement BI reports, dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, SSRS), and analytics solutions to convert data into actionable insights. Builds data models, ERDs, data flow diagrams, and data marts; conducts data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support decision making. Maintains Epic Caboodle components and supports data governance, data quality, metadata management, and MDM initiatives. Involves project lifecycle activities from intake to prioritization, and requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, deep SQL/ETL expertise, familiarity with Epic Clarity-Caboodle, and healthcare data concepts. Remote role within the United States with full-time hours; requires 7+ years of database development/BI experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
