Job Summary
Lead and execute advanced data analytics projects by identifying business problems, conducting data exploration, and modeling results to drive strategic decision-making. Utilize financial and operational systems to retrieve data, perform complex research, and develop visual dashboards that support business unit decisions. Manage team processes and tasks, providing oversight and guidance to individuals while acting as a subject matter expert in specific areas. Extract and house data from internal systems using SQL, VBA, Alteryx, and Business Objects for strategic analysis. Present analysis results to leadership across the company and participate in cross-functional initiatives including product development, system implementation, and due diligence for acquired companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in Data warehousing, data mining, or analytical environment
- Experience with SQL, VBA, or Business Objects
- Technical experience with databases and data warehousing concept/tools
- Proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced quantitative and analytical skills
