Job Summary
Lead enterprise profitability analytics across products, member segments, channels, branches, and lines of business; deliver executive-level insights and dashboards to support strategic decision-making; mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and risk management; develop forecasting models for loan growth and member behavior, and implement advanced BI solutions (Power BI) to enhance organizational reporting and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience preferred, including analytics experience within retail banking, consumer lending, or financial services environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Strong SQL programming and query development skills
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with Databricks, Python, and R for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing advanced reporting solutions, data analytics, financial models, and statistical forecasting methodologies
- Strong consultative, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business insights
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of financial statements, banking operations, and financial products
