Job Summary
Own the P&L for a $300M integrated services business, driving profitable growth and operational excellence across ChemCare and OSS. Lead a cross-functional team of ~90 employees by delivering the Annual Operating Plan, optimizing portfolio toward high-value verticals, and executing pipeline-led growth through new business, cross-sell, and churn recovery. Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise customers while managing vendor networks and representing the business in industry forums. Define multi-year strategy, embed services into the broader commercial engine, and drive digital transformation to improve efficiency. Maintain a strong safety and compliance culture adhering to EH&S and environmental regulations. This role supports Univar Solutions' vision to redefine distribution as a global leader in chemical and ingredient distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years leadership experience in industrial services or chemical distribution
- Proven P&L leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen and growth leadership
- Experience in regulated environments (EH&S, waste services)
- Track record of leading transformation
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Remote position that can be based anywhere within the United States
