Sr. Business Development Strategist

Job Summary
Senior-level business development strategist responsible for leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing, targeting nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Develop strategic marketing recommendations, identify and close opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure post-sale client success. Requires deep understanding of faith-based and nonprofit sectors, proven closing ability, credibility in digital marketing, and the ability to translate sales strategy into meaningful client outcomes. Bonus points for existing relationships within faith-based or nonprofit communities and direct experience selling digital marketing services to churches, ministries, or faith-based brands. Remote role (US-based) with compensation comprising base plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- Have 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to or within faith-based and/or nonprofit organizations, with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
