Job Summary
Sr. BDR at Prosci focusing on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, outbound/inbound lead qualification, and pipeline development. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, account research, prospect engagement across phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing, CRM upkeep in Salesforce, and achieving activity and pipeline targets. Requires 2+ years in B2B business development or client-facing roles, strong communication, relationship-building, ability to manage multiple priorities, and knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Travel about 10% and remote-US work arrangement; compensation includes a $95K OTE with base and variable components. Tools/knowledge: Salesforce, CRM, outbound/inbound prospecting, lead-gen campaigns, MEDDPICC knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
- A growth mindset, resilience, and eagerness to learn
