Job Summary

Pure new business role targeting U.S. shippers with full ownership of the pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. Onsite in Austin, TX five days a week with relocation provided. Requires 4–7 years in domestic freight sales, 3PL/brokerage background, shipper-facing sales, and proven ability to land new logos on a competitive sales floor. Base salary 85K–100K with benefits; OTE 150K–170K+ with uncapped commission.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of domestic freight sales experience
  • 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
  • Shipper-facing sales — not carrier-side
  • FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
  • Proven new logo hunter with high prospecting activity
  • Someone who thrives on a competitive floor
