Job Summary
The Sr. Business Development Manager will manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of recruitment partners, leading relationship management and increasing RP engagement. Responsibilities include showcasing ApplyBoard's mission to partners, developing recruitment strategies to boost international student enrollment, negotiating agreements, and conducting presentations at international education events. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, conducting data analysis for recruitment activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should bring strong sales or student recruitment experience and a commitment to ApplyBoard’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of proven success in sales or managing student recruitment or enterprise accounts
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience, with a strong preference for a background in international education

- Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
