Job Summary
Sr. Business Development Executive for a domestic freight role focused on new business. Target U.S. shippers and own the pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal with no inherited accounts or account management. High-energy sales environment on a freight/logistics floor; relocation covered; base salary and uncapped OTE with strong prospects and leadership signals. Onsite in Clark, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of domestic freight sales experience
- 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
- Shipper-facing sales, not exclusively carrier-side
- FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
- Proven new logo hunter with strong prospecting cadence
- Senior floor presence — mentorship, informal leadership, or lead signals
