Job Summary
Sr. Business Development Executive drives growth in Baramati and surrounding markets by conducting market research and area mapping to identify sales opportunities. Responsibilities include actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and leveraging leads from existing customers; planning and executing sales and marketing activities in assigned areas; organizing meetings with potential clients to assess needs and promote the Bank's products and services; assisting branches with customer meets; participating in exhibitions and local events to promote the Bank's brand; collaborating with teams and branches to optimize results; and identifying cross-selling opportunities for retail banking products. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a banking environment.
