Job Summary
Lead analytics projects across multiple sites within DHL Supply Chain, develop Power BI reports and data models, build dashboards, ETL pipelines from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources, utilizing SQL, DAX, Python or R to transform data into actionable insights, and collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve performance and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with HR, Finance, and other functional teams, supporting site startups, and promoting data literacy through knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Extensive experience using SQL or other scripting languages (such as Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data
- Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch
- Proficiency in writing DAX expressions to automate and enhance Power BI reports
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling techniques, and modern analytics trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects
- Must be able to work fully onsite if role based out of a warehouse
