Job Summary
Senior-level Bank of America role focusing on validation and entry of Service Level agreement metrics, managing breach escalations, supporting action plans, and providing measurement oversight across high-risk and select low-risk third parties.Responsibilities include metric ownership/design, rationale, thresholds, data collection plans and validation; ORCIT lifecycle ownership; governance escalations; SPI/POP alignment; and coordination of GCOR approvals. Requires experience in process design, risk management, vendor management or business control, documentation of processes and metrics, and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration with a flexible approach based on role-specific needs; located at ONE Bryant Park, NY Tower and other US office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a process design, risk management, vendor management or business control role
- Proven ability to document process flows, including activities, risks, controls and metrics
- Familiarity with Enterprise Process Management Policy and Standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
