Job Summary
Sr Business Control Specialist in the Complaints Strategy & Analytics function analyzing consumer investments complaints, developing data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive-ready reports; leverages advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, automation, and AI-enabled analytics (including Copilot) to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation; partners with the Complaints Program Manager to support strategy, prioritization, and remediation, while collaborating with risk, legal, compliance, technology, and operations to enhance complaints oversight, governance, and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of Consumer Investments clients, products, and service environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and tell an executive-level story
- Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous statistical and trend analysis across large data sets
- Experience transforming raw data into usable analytical outputs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying risks and data-driven opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders through data and insight
